A ‘Raid’ is an event organised so Rats from all over New Zealand can come together for riding and socialising. They are usually held in early March & Nov.
The format may vary a little from Raid to Raid, but will generally follow the same basic outline over a weekend:
- Arrive late Friday afternoon; often in groups with a RAT Pack.
- A large organised ride and/or other activities during Saturday; followed by a dinner and entertainment in the evening.
- A gentle ride home on Sunday.
